I ordered a garden salad with oil and vinegar. No meat, cheese or eggs. About 13 hours later I woke up with the most intense and painful abdominal cramping I have ever experienced, nausea and vomiting, chills and diarrhea. I am in so much pain I cannot walk and have been bedridden for the last 36 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
