I ordered rib eye and shrimp with sautéed mushrooms and Caesar salad. Ate part of the steak and all the grilled shrimp. About 6 hours later I woke with a rash and burning from top of my head, to soles of feet, nauseated, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness in extremities, had to lay in the bathroom floor because I started to passout. Finally crawled back to bed, still very very weak and feverish this morning. Still have diarrhea and nauseated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Skin Rash
