Texas Roadhouse, Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, Clarksville, TN, USA

2702 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, Clarksville, 37040 Tennessee, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Chili at a restaurant
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: A loved one
Additional information: We all had the same food at the restaurant this evening around 4:30-5ishpm and with the exception of my nephew, he had the chili for a side with his entree which no one else had. At 7:30pm a couple hours after eating he started having excessive vomitting, diarrhea, chills, headache, and fever as well as excruciating stomach pain. His vomit is a greenish color which is very unusual and nothing like anything he has ever had before | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Omg green vomit is an appendix marker. I hope that baby is okay.
