I ate on Aug 30, I ordered steak (med/well) and ribs with double mash potatoes. Our dinner was interrupted because there was a roach crawling on our wall and it made it down to the my chair. When I got home I started to have a cramp didn't think nothing of it, I just went to sleep. In the morning I was nauseous and light headed. I drank water and i immediately vomited. I waited not to eat anything, after a few hours I ate plain bagel but that also didn't stay in my system. Along with my vomiting I had diarrhea. Few hours in I decided to walk but I couldn't stand or walk I was too nauseous. I then went to Urgent Care and was told that k had food poison | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Lightheaded
