Chicken Appetizer Illness Suspected - TGIF, Enfield Connecticut

Went there Wednesday night around 6pm. Ordered a long island iced tea and an appetizer platter which included potato skins,chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks along with some dipping sauces. My friend and I shared it. Got home around 9:30. Went to bed around 11. Around 5 a.m I woke up feeling very nauseous. Ran to the bathroom and proceeded to violently vomit in the garbage pail and have very liquid diarrhea. This occurred multiple times over the next few hours. I had chills and a horrible headache. I just wanted to die. I slept most of the next day. When I did get up, I was weak and dizzy. I sipped on some propel and tried eating some saltines. It's now Saturday and I am still weak and had to call out of work again. I spoke with my friend and she hadn't eaten any of the chicken. And she was fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills
