2 nights ago I’ve been given raw chicken skewers and ate half of them until I realised something was off Raw chicken I’m scared and don’t know what to do as I’m in the hotel on my own so if anything was to happen I won’t receive medical attention and I just seem to progressively feel worse2 nights ago I’ve been given raw chicken skewers woke up with a diarrhoea with an upset stomach, day after waking up to diarrhoea I’ve developed a fever feel freezing but my head is boiling, wearing layers of clothing, haven’t been able to eat full meals like I usually would the last two days I asked to speak to the boss waiter and he refused to come with no other customers in sight and sent a non English speaking waiter which I found appaulling… currently in Benidorm stuck in bed all day concerned on what I should do next as I’m starting to feel worse as the day goes by… absolutely ruined my holiday this have. Keep having like a rush/flush and feel super sick like I’m about to spew then feel dizzy 🥴 getting worried because I’m on my own here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness

Yeah please stay hydrated and if possible drink something with electrolytes like a sports drink or coconut water
