Violently ill after having cocktails with crushed ice from this bar. Ended up missing my flight as I was too ill to fly..the diarrhoea and vomiting were horrendous..and it took at least a week to recover  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
