Had Tuna baguette for lunch yesterday. Felt ill almost immediately. Started to vomit (explosively) about one hour later. Vomited around 6-7 times over next 9 hours. Still feel ill with stomach pains today but no longer vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
