Observed approximately 20 live roaches inside of wheels of cook line flip top cooler on cook line in kitchen. Observed approximately 10 live roaches on underside of cook line flip top cooler in kitchen. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2024-01-09: Observed approximately 5 + live roaches inside of wheels/underside of cook line flip top cooler **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2024-01-10: Observed 5+ live roaches on underside of flip top cooler. Observed 2 live roaches behind reach in freezers in front of cook line **Time Extended**
