We believe it was the bacon from the bacon cheeseburger at the restaurant at Islands of Adventure. Our 8 year old daughter was the one who got sick and she was the only one of our party of 6 who got sick. That was the only thing she ate different from us all day. We ate around 4:45-5:00 pm on 3/16/2023. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
