I sustained following consumption of food ordered via DoorDash from The Cheesecake Factory on the evening of April 2, 2026. Within hours of consuming the meal, I developed acute gastrointestinal symptoms, including persistent vomiting, severe diarrhea, and escalating abdominal pain. By the morning of April 3, 2026, my condition had significantly deteriorated. Despite attempts to manage symptoms, I was unable to retain fluids, experienced continuous distress, and became physically unable to stand or function normally. Due to the severity of my condition, I was forced to miss work and ultimately required emergency medical intervention. At approximately 6:45 PM on April 3, I was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Upon arrival, I presented with extreme abdominal pain and elevated blood pressure (recorded as high as in the 190's during acute distress). I remained under emergency care from approximately 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM and was subsequently admitted for continued treatment and monitoring until approximately 5:00 PM on April 4, 2026. Diagnostic testing, including bloodwork and clinical evaluation, concluded that my condition was consistent with food poisoning. Given the timing of symptom onset and the absence of any other plausible source, there is a clear and direct link between the consumed food and the illness sustained. This raises serious concerns regarding food handling, preparation, and safety protocols. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Gas
