My wife and I went to dinner here on 6/24/22. We shared the lettuce wraps, and my wife made a comment on the lettuce looking dirty. That night, she became extremely ill and it lasted 24 hours. I became ill 3 days later with the exact same symptoms and have only just recovered.

The lettuce was definitely contaminated with bacteria. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
