I bought the celebration birthday cake and every time after I had a piece I get stomach cramps and diarrhea and passing blood! I’ve been trying to trace it at first I thought it was the food that I ate from there but I froze my bday cheese cake and I’m now realizing it’s the damn cake. The cake looked a little weird because in the pictures it’s pink, blue and chocolate stripes with vanilla cake. But the cake I got had a purple ish look to the chocolate and vanilla cake. Ugh this hurts so bad and makes your stomach feels so tender. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool
