Ordered the California superfoods salad... the lettuce tasted really bitter/ it tasted off- I took most of the lettuce off and ate mostly the beans and guacamole, roughly 4 hours later I began vomiting/ I was chilled, shivering, and could not stop throwing up for about 10 hours straight. | Symptoms: Vomiting
