mom and I went to lunch and ordered a spaghetti and meatballs and fettuccine alfredo with no meat and extra mushrooms I felt sick coming home at 9 and experienced nausea and diarrhea however I did not eat any meat my mom however did and she threw up at in the middle of the night earlier complaining of dizziness and body aches | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Body Ache
