Suspected food poisoning: I had the bread with butter, zucchini with ranch, and the Thai lettuce wraps with the three sauces. I ate half my entree (the lettuce wraps) and started to feel unwell. I was feeling nauseated and gassy when I left the restaurant, 20 minutes later I had diarrhea accompanied by violent throwing up | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
