My partner and I had breakfast last Saturday at this place that serves breakfasts, he had salmon and cheese toast with a brownie and I had butter pancakes with a coffee with milk. A couple of hours passed and I started feeling very sick with chills, dizziness, non-stop vomiting and stomach pains, and he had muscle aches, vomiting, diarrhea and confusion. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain, Diarrhea, Confusion
