OBSERVED BURGERS ON MENU, SAID ITEM CAN BE ORDERED UNDER COOKED. INSTRUCTED FACILITY TO PROVIDE DISCLOSURE FOOT NOTE AND REMINDER FOR MENU ITEMS THAT CAN BE ORDERED UNDER COOKED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION.
OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 7 - 10 RAT DROPPINGS IN BASEMENT UNDER DRY STORAGE AREA. FOUND APPROXIMATELY 8 - 10 RAT DROPPINGS UNDER BEVERAGE SERVICE AREA .THE PREMISES MUST BE MAINTAINED FREE FROM RODENTS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE, CLEAN, SANITIZE, AND MAINTAIN SAID AREAS. RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION.
