Ate the lamb and beef wrap with onions green peppers and the white sauce around 1am April 4th. Started feeling stomach cramping around 5am and then when I awoke at 9:45 I almost fainted but immediately threw up. Symptoms continued all throughout the day and I was able to narrow it down to this meal causing it.
