I ate a combo meal from Halal Guys for dinner and a few hours later developed severe nausea, vomiting out the meal multiple times throughout the night, and bad stomach cramps that kept me from sleeping. I took antibiotics but still vomited and now have lingering chills and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Well if you took antibiotics and it didn't work means it was a virus

Hi, thanks for your comment! Not necessarily, antibiotics only work against bacteria, so if they didn’t help, it could mean the illness was caused by a virus or by a bacteria resistant to that antibiotic. Only testing can confirm the cause. Hope this is helpful. Best, Iwaspoisoned Support.
