Parmesan Burger Illness Strikes - Chester's, Summerville South Carolina

I had the Parmesan burger, sweet potato fries and grilled chicken nuggets. I lost my appetite about half way through my meal and awoke at 3am with the worst stomach pain and diarrhea. Since then my symptoms have progressed to include vomiting and headache. I had nothing else to eat yesterday besides this food so it must be related to my illness.
