Additional information: I had a coffee and an almond croissant at the cafe. Haven't had an almond one before but the inside was slightly mushy. I didn't know if it was meant to be and I enjoyed it.
Some hours later, when I was swimming, I suddenly came over quite fainty feeling with dizzyness and a headache.
I got straight out of the pool, managed to shower and dress, then went to the bathroom and was sick.
After I felt very weak and had to have a lift home.
I went straight to bed cos the whole thing drained me.
I am still in bed but feel a bit better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Dizziness
