- comments: 6-202. 15 : observed gaps along bottom of 3-sets of doors at delivery doors for food & vegetables must make doors tight fitting to prevent insect entry.

- comments: 6-501. 111 : still observed an infestation of appx. 400 or more mice droppings in pre-k 112-on floor behind all shelving units,behind garbage can,behind refrigerator,under & behind microwave,library area,pre-k storage closet- on floor in between shelving units and on shelving units. Pre-k 100-closet on floor along wall bases and inbetween shelving units,inside of hand sink cabinet,art shelf. Pre-k 108-on chalkboard ledge,housekeeping shelving units,windows at plants,on floor behind hand sink,on shelving units in library area & music. Pre-k closet-on floor & on shelving units(nesting material in vents). Pre-k 106-closet-on floor & on shelving units (inside of baskets of clean linen and blankets,table)lower hand sink cabinet,chalkboard ledge & conduits,lower shelves of dishes. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/7/25. (priority 7-38-020(a)
