This dosent surprise me at all. The New West OSF has gone downhill in every way food quality and quantity wise. The salad reeks of chemical wash and hasn't been made in house for years now, and the pasta portions small and funny tasting. Even the mizithra cheese tasted off last time. I'm done ordering from/eating here after this final straw.

I work here and the salad actually is still made in house what you’re tasting is the carrots cause our suppliers spray them although we try to wash them thoroughly to remove the taste
