I ordered spaghetti and Sicilian meatball dish and immediately after eating and left the restaurant severe diarrhea occurred. No vomiting, but still having diarrhea. No medical treatment needed.

I almost forgot to mention that I had a take-out order of the same...Spaghetti and Sicilian meatballs for my 89 year old ailing uncle for dinner, good thing I trashed the food before he ate it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
