- comments: observed pest and rodent activity on premises. Found one live roach on the floor under the dishmachine in the basement, 10 live knats in the kitchen and dining area and 40 or more rat droppings on the floor in the basement prep/storage area. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.
