I ordered a chicken noodle soup from Tim Hortons on 146 Bloor Street East, Oshawa, ON on June 6 and when I opened the soup, there was a fruit fly floating on the top of it. I also found that the containers and packaging seemed very dirty, like it was poorly mishandled. I did not eat the soup because of this as I was scared of getting sick. I thought I should report this incident because it could be indicative of a hygiene issue at the store.
