I used to regularly get breakfast sandwiches there on my way to work, and would ALWAYS have diarrhea 30 min later. Didn't matter if it was bacon or sausage. So I switched to eagles, and for MONTHS I've had no issues or concerns. Today I tried a bacon english muffin again, with my usual coffee. And here I am 30 min later with diarrhea and discomfort and nausea. There have been no other changes to my regular routine, I was poisoned by their breakfast sandwiches | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
