I purchased a steak and cheese panini on my way to work, ate it a few minutes after arriving at work. It felt like the food was sitting right under my rib cage for the next few hours and I began vomiting 5 hours later. I left work and attempted to make it home where I vomited all over the road on the way and then several more times. This was yesterday at 8pm. I've yet to be able to eat anything since | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
