I had medium rare steak hibachi to go on Friday July 6, 2018. I ate the steak, rice, and salad around 6:30 PM, and then I ate the clear soup around 11:00 PM. Symptoms started at 2:00 AM. I was vomiting every 3-5 minutes and was completely incapable of even holding down water. My legs and arms began to lose feeling and diarrhea started around 2:30 AM. A friend took me to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with food poisoning and still puking and running to the bathroom. I needed two IV bags and a battery of prescriptions to keep me from losing more fluids. I was released at about 5:15 AM. I plan to take my paper work, prescriptions, and hospital bands in tomorrow to speak with a manager and at least hopefully get my money back. This is extremely disappointing. I have eaten at this location for about 2.5 years without incident and now I won't be back because of this potentially deadly experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
