Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - McDonald's, Two Harbors Minnesota

Thursday, May 13th at approximately 1:00pm I ate a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich that contained fried chicken, lettuce, and tomato. My friends did not get sick and they also had lettuce on their Big Macs. The chicken tasted and appeared to be cooked thoroughly. Nausea presented itself at roughly 9:30pm, with persistent vomiting ensuing throughout the night. I am now on day 4 of having watery diarrhea with each bowel movement.
