Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza. My 9 month old had vomiting 4 hours after eating the pepperoni. Nothing from my wife and I. The next day our daughter was fine but I started feeling ill. Tight stomach, vomiting, diarrhea, vomiting, so much vomiting. My wife is fine because she only eats cheese. So we know it was from the pepperoni pizza, when two of us ate it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
