Severe Illness After Quesadilla - Tops Eatery at Central Phuket, Wichit Phuket

Dec. 13th. In the afternoon. Had a chicken cheese casadilla. Had sour-cream on the side. We had eaten the day before and enjoyed the meal. Thinking it was safe to eat. 6 hours later. All hell broke loose. Was in bed for the next 72 hours. Nonstop to the bathroom and a few accidents along the way. It creeps up on you out of the blue. Had to call a Dr. to visit my room and was on a drip for a good 40 min. Had to take antibiotics and among other drugs for the next few days. 4 days later, feeling better but not 100%. Slowly building up my appetite and was not able to eat anything. The thought of food and looking at food made me nauseated. I had to to cancel my trip back to Bangkok to avoid the travel. After this experience I will not come back to Thailand. I would not want anyone go through this experience. It was horrible and did not enjoy my time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
