Avocado I think I had a half an avocado in a fruit smoothie ( This was the first day avocado was introduced into the smoothie) thee hours later I had upset stomach and vomiting. Later that night diarrhea. Did not think about the avocado. Next day diarrhea. Monday had another smoothie with the other half of the avocado. Within two hours sever vomiting with explosive diarrhea
