I consumed the boxed chiles rellenos from Trader Joe’s last night, cooked as instructed and went to bed fine but began feeling a little weak just before bed. The next morning I woke up feeling worse but had to go to work; all ate was a bagel. So whilst working I developed severe stomach pains, migraine with aura and then I vomited. For hours now, I’ve experienced diarrhea twice and vomiting 4 times. I feel horrible and am considering a hospital visit. The pain won’t stop. The only difference in my foods were the chiles rellenos. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Migraine
