Wrap Triggers Severe Symptoms

I ate half of the wrap for lunch started to expierenve stomach pain so I took a Prilosec. The next morning I woke up with some stomach pain but it went away. I ate the other half of the wrap for lunch. By the evening and followed by all night I had vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and chills.
