Had their Bambino Pepperoni Pizza last night for dinner. Shortly after had abdominal pain and gurgling stomach. A few hours later felt nauseous and began vomiting, along with diarrhea. Thought it may be the flu it was so bad. Then symptoms were gone but totally exhausted. Had nothing else that could have caused this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
