Prepackaged chicken salad, I think. Bought a pre-packaged chicken salad from here, on Thursday late afternoon to eat on the road while driving back to my primary home that is four hours from the city. Ate the salad at rest area around 5pm. Had some tacos at around 7pm -- from another establishment in Eugene (Tacovore). Started having upset stomach and some acid reflux into mouth in the evening while still on the road. Took Pepto bismol when arrived home at around 9 or 10pm. Symptoms continued, and didn't subside until full vomiting and diarrhea on toilet, at around 1am or 2am. It happened Last night after having a pre-packaged chicken lemon salad yesterday afternoon., | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Acid reflux
