Last night and still through the night., Not sure but I haven't had vomiting or nausea or diarrhea in 30 years. All I ate was some carrots, sugar snap peas and humus. And an amazing kahle/ spinach salad from there that I ate on my drive to work. 3 hours later I was vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. I ate the salad at 4 pm and felt bad by 6 pm and by 7:30 I was vomiting with diarrhea. Body aches and nausea, diarrhea since then. I can't believe I have anything left to expel after all the vomiting. But vomited again at 11:15 and 3 am. It was one of those packaged salads. I still have the package down in my kitchen. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache
