Lamb Issues at Trader Joe's - Trader Joe's, Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased the rack of lamb, and within 24 hours of consumption I had running stomach, vomiting, chills, and cramps. Same happened two weeks ago from Trader Joe's leg of lamb. The same 2 incidents I didn't dine out. Immediately after purchase I prepared the leg of lam and rack of lamb. I don't think their refrigeration is working and keeping the food cool enough per Nevada Health Department. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
