"Crunchy Slaw" salad with chicken meat. Horrendously ill 2-3 hours after eating. Nausea and intense vomiting followed. I eat these salads often. This is the second time I've become ill from this exact meal, "Crunchy Slaw" chicken salad from two separate locations. Ate this for a late lunch. 2-3 hours later felt terrible nausea and fatigue, followed by intense vomiting. A few hours later I am beginning to feel like life is worth living again. I might even eat again - but NOT their salad! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue
