“"Crunchy Slaw" salad with chicken meat. Horrendously ill 2-3 hours after eating. Nausea and intense vomiting followed. I eat these salads often. This is the second time I've become ill from this exact meal, "Crunchy Slaw" chicken salad from two separate locations. Ate this for a late lunch. 2-3 hour... s later felt terrible nausea and fatigue, followed by intense vomiting. A few hours later I am beginning to feel like life is worth living again. I might even eat again - but NOT their salad! ”

“Ate the fish korma meal, and 4-5 hours later found myself first with diarrhea and then vomiting.
This was actually the SECOND time this had happened to me with this meal. I use to eat it a fair amount c. 2017 (maybe 6 times), and then in Jan 2018 I ate it and vomited a LOT. I was having a number... of weird immune-system related issues at the time and thought maybe I had developed a fish allergy? I gradually eased back into fish with no problems and almost three years later decided to try the fish korma again. The same thing happened, though the vomiting was less severe this time.
TJ's uses swai fish for this meal, which seems like it is frequently contaminated ”

“organic broccoli florets
I ate the packaged organic broccoli florets. Yesterday was October 5th, 2020 and the package had best if used by October 05, 2020.
It also is stamped TFRG 263B07A 19:17.
I steamed the entire bag. Because they slightly overflowed the pot and steamer basket I was using,... I did eat two of the florets uncooked and steamed the rest for 10-15 minutes.
I ate all of the cooked broccoli. That would have been around 7:00 pm. A few hours later, I felt bloated. I knew that something was “off.” I felt a chill and bundled myself up in my bed and commented to my girlfriend that I felt like I needed to vomit (an extremely rare occurrence for me; it has been years).
About an hour later (around 11:00 pm), I vomited aggressively. About 20-30 minutes, I vomited a second time. After that, I was confident that I had evacuated the contents of my stomach. I suspected that I wasn’t out of the woods.
About an hour-and-a-half later (around 1:00 am), I experienced diarrhea. Around 2:30 am, I experienced it a second time.
I slept well after that and aside from a scorched esophagus, I feel fine. ”

“My family made a joke about it the first few times. The day after eating there, one of us would feel sick the following morning (nausea, abdominal cramps, and/or diarrhea). We chalked it up to coincidence the first few times. After the 6th time, there was no doubt it was related to them. It's usuall... y related to their turkey club sandwich so it's either the poultry or mayonnaise causing the problem. ”
