Approximately 37 on multiple sticky traps underneath cold hold beverage station in front dining area next to kitchen door. **Warning**
High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed roach droppings in the following location: Approximately 50 roach droppings on top of dish machine. **Warning**
High Priority - Stop Sale issued on potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food due to temperature abuse. Cabbage inside walk in cooler 51/50/48f more than four hours.
