Tuna Onigiri Illness Alert - 7-Eleven, Shinjuku City Tokyo

9 months ago reported by user-bvrr7841 business

Tuna Mayo Onigiri, 7-Eleven - Shinjuku Toho Building, 1 Chome-19-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku City, Tokyo, Japan

Shinjuku City, 160-0021 Tokyo, Japan

Purchased a tuna mayo onigiri at about 10pm last night - it was warm but I thought that meant it was fresh. Woke up at 5am with severe nausea and vomiting. My boyfriend did not eat the onigiri and did not get sick (he ate all the other same foods). Boyfriend reported food poisoning to business and learned there was a problem with the refrigeration. They had to toss their supply. Had a lot of things pre-purchased for my last day in Japan but ended up in the bathroom for the entire day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
