Food Safety Report - Twisted laurel, North Carolina

5 years ago reported by user-xwpb9618

Twisted laurel, North Carolina, USA

North Carolina, United States

I had garlic bread, salad, and chicken fettuccini Alfredo. I ate one bite of Tyne chicken but it didn't taste right. It had a chalky texture. But I continued to eat the fettuccini Alfredo around it. About an hour later I started cramping. 6 hours later vomiting began followed by diarrhea. I went to my Dr and then to the hospital for fluids die to dehydration. I habe missed 2 days of work so far and very weakened. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Other, Cramps
