The crew announced on the PA that they would be serving “cold chicken or pasta”I chose the pasta. It was room temperature and dry white noodles with no sauce or flavor. I began to feel nauseous after the flight landed. Approximately 8-10 hours later I had two bouts of vomiting, with approximately 12 expulsions. I also experienced 4 diarrhea events. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
