In-Flight Meal Illness - United Airlines,

Ate the pasta and veggies for lunch
Then eggs with sausage and veggies for breakfast.

Got sick around 6-16 hours after the meals. Felt fine but then felt nauseous. Vomiting everything including water I tried to drink. Had diarrhea and both overheating or chills. Body is very achy and weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Body Ache
