UA8 from Chengdu, China to San Francisco, CA. I ate the Dan Dan noodles (which had ground meat on top) for breakfast before arrival. This led to diarrhea and nausea until I finally vomitted multiple times on my connecting flight to Washington Dulles. This was the only meal my wife didn't eat and symptoms started pretty shortly after the meal. After living in China for nearly 3 years and eating airline food many times in China, I was shocked that the worst food poisoning I've ever gotten would come on a transcontinental United flight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
