In-Flight Snack Illness - United Airlines, San Francisco California

7 years ago reported by user-qjcw9532 business

United Airlines, San Francisco, CA, USA

San Francisco, 94128 California, United States

I ate a snack pack on United flight from Pittsburgh, PA to San Francisco. I remember thinking the hummus looked a little wierd and almost sent it back, but unfortunately ate it. I ended up in the ER yesterday with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and dizzyness. I'm positive that is what is was. Get your act together United. Sometimes rushing after security leaves you with out food and one is forced to buy what they offer. Never again for me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Dizziness
