Contracted on flt #57 from Newark to Charles DeGualle. I ordered a special meal to be safe from undercooked meat. I made it off the plane and was transported to Charles DeGaulle's emergency clinic. I was treated with great care and professionalism. United gave me a gift certificate and said that the burden of proof belongs with me., I became very nauseated w/in the hour and was up all night with stomach cramps, head ache and weakness. No one else in my party had the special meal. The GI sx became worse and I spent hours in a restaurant bathroom as I had no room, we had missed our train during treatment. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness, Cramps
